Q: Do you have any vegan or keto options?

A: We do not currently have any vegan or keto flavors; however, it is something we may try to experiment with in the future.

Q: How should I store my cheesecake?

A:  Cheesecake should be kept refrigerated until ready to serve as it is a perishable food.  Some individuals prefer to allow their cheesecake to sit out 10-15 minutes before consuming.  While your cheesecake will arrive in a bakery box, we recommend it be stored in an airtight container and/or wrapped in plastic wrap to maintain freshness.  Covering the exposed ends of a cut cheesecake (with wax paper) will help to keep it from drying out.  Some of our flavors do, in fact, have a longer shelf life than others; however, we recommend your cheesecake be consumed within 5 days for best results.

Q: Can you freeze cheesecake?

A:  Yes, you can freeze cheesecake.  We recommend it be wrapped tightly in two layers of plastic wrap and then stored in a freezer bag or wrapped again in alumunium foil if a freezer bag is unavailable. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. While cheesecake does freeze well, we recommend it not be stored longer than a month.  Please note some toppings do not freeze well and may create a different experience once thawed.

Q: How big are your cheesecakes and how many do they serve?

A: Our standard cheesecake is baked in a 9-inch pan.  The recommended serving size is 12, but comes with a standard range of 10-16 slices.  Some of our taller, more extreme cakes have the capacity to serve upwards of 20.

Q: I've been seeing announcements on Facebook about "test slices", can you explain how that works?

A: Participating in the test kitchen is an opportunity for you to help us design that particular flavor.  The slice is offered at a reduced rate and we send you a short, multiple choice questionnaire that helps provide us direction for the final rollout.  Simply comment on the post or send us a message letting us know your desire to participate.  The test slices run on a first come, first serve basis.
